Refund policy

The window
If the service does not work for you, tell us within 30 days of payment and we will refund you.
How a crypto refund works
Refunds are sent in the currency you paid, to an address you give us. Because exchange rates move, we refund the amount of crypto you sent, not its value in dollars on the day you ask — that figure may be higher or lower than what you paid. We will tell you the exact amount before sending.
Network fees
The transaction fee for the refund is deducted from the refunded amount. We do not add a handling charge.
What is not refunded
Accounts suspended for abuse under the terms, and requests made more than 30 days after payment.
How to ask
Email support@tarnvpn.com with your order reference and account ID. No explanation is required, though telling us what went wrong helps us fix it.
